Terms of Rental Agreement & Disclaimer

1. By signing this form, I acknowledge, understand, and fully agree with the following terms and conditions.
2. By renting any golf equipment from DUNES GOLF S.A, PANORAMA S.A, and TEMES SA (onwards referred to as “Costa Navarino”), I undertake the obligation to strictly follow the safety rules as written on the buggy.
3. Buggies are strictly not to be driven by anyone under the age of 18. For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited for more than two (2) people to travel in one buggy at any given time. Each person inside the buggy must always be seated.
4. Costa Navarino shall have no liability whatsoever for any theft, damage, or loss of personal property or equipment left in the Golf Department, the Golf areas, or the buggy.
5. I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any damage or loss to or theft of (a) the golf buggy or any accessory thereof (e.g. battery, key, cooler box, basket, bag holders, etc.); (b) the pull trolley; or (c) the golf clubs, and I agree to pay for any such damage at the current market price.
6. I further acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any damage to property (e.g. wall, tree, glass, other vehicles, clubs, etc.) or bodily injury which might be caused by the buggy, the trolley, or the clubs while in my possession, and I agree to compensate and indemnify any third party, Costa Navarino, and their affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, representatives from and against any liability, claims, demands, action, loss, or damage, which might be caused by the buggy, the pull trolley, or the clubs while in my possession.
