Rental Equipment

1. Get Started:
The player enters their information (like name, email, and phone number) and checks a box to accept the terms of use.
2. Confirmation Sent:
The player gets an email and a text message. Both include the terms they agreed to and a unique PIN number to use later.
3. Added to Admin List:
The player’s info and their rental request are automatically added to a list that the admin (like the Caddie Master or Proshop staff) can see.
4. Marketing Option (If chosen):
If the player checked the “Sign up for marketing” box, their info is also added to a separate marketing list for future updates or offers.
5. Player Goes to Pick Up Equipment:
The player goes to the Caddie Master or Proshop, gives their name and PIN, and shows proof that they accepted the terms (like email or text).
6. Equipment Handed Out:
The Caddie Master or Proshop staff checks the admin list, finds the player’s name and PIN, and gives them the rental equipment.
7. Return Equipment (Optional):
After the player finishes their round, they return the equipment. The staff can mark it as “returned” in the admin list if needed.
