Getting Started with Canva
If you’re new to Canva, don’t worry! You’ll need a Canva account, which you can create for free using your Google, Facebook, or email account.
- Sign Up: Visit Canva’s website and sign up for a free account.

Saving Your Design in PowerPoint
When using PowerPoint:
- Customize the Template: Open the PowerPoint template and make your desired changes.
- Save as JPEG:

- Under the file name, choose JPEG from the dropdown menu.

Understanding Screen Orientations
Below, you’ll find examples of how landscape and portrait formats appear on the HMS Screen.

These screensavers will only show when the screen is in landscape mode.

How Landscape and Portrait Screensavers Work
- Landscape Pictures:
- Displayed when the screen is turned to landscape orientation (like a TV format).
- When in landscape mode, portrait pictures will appear in the area where the Conversion Table is located.
- Portrait Pictures:
- Displayed when the screen is in portrait orientation.
Automatic Recognition
When you upload a picture to the HMS Management System, the system automatically recognizes the orientation and places it in the correct area.
Hiding Info Screen Items
In the HMS Management System, you can choose to hide the Info Screen items when you want to display an ad or announcement without any distractions. This feature ensures your message stands out.
