Step 1: Choose Your Design Platform

Canva (Online)

Perfect for drag-and-drop design. Sign up for a free account using Google, Facebook, or email.

  1. Visit Canva and sign up.
  2. Access templates via links below.
  3. Customize text, colors, and images.
  4. Download as JPG or MP4.

PowerPoint

Great for Microsoft Office users. Edit templates and export easily.

  1. Open the PowerPoint template.
  2. Customize text, images, and shapes.
  3. Go to File > Save As.
  4. Select JPG or MP4 and save.

Landscape: 1920×1080
Portrait: 1080×1920
Images: JPG (preferred)
Video: MP4 (≤ 50 MB)

Use PNG for transparent backgrounds.

HMS auto-detects orientation. Set display time per slide.

Step 3: Pick a Template

Browse templates below. Use Canva (online) or PowerPoint. Blank templates are ready for your custom designs.

Step 4: Export Your Design

Export as JPG, PNG, or MP4 (max 50 MB) using the sizes listed above.

PowerPoint Export

  1. Go to DesignSlide SizeWidescreen (16:9).
  2. Click FileExport → Select JPG, PNG, or MP4.
  3. Set size to 1920×1080 (Landscape) or 1080×1920 (Portrait).

Canva Export

  1. Click ShareDownload.
  2. Choose JPG, PNG, or MP4.
  3. Set size to 1920×1080 or 1080×1920 (16:9 ratio).
  4. Download (keep MP4 under 50 MB).

Step 5: Upload and Configure

Upload your screensaver to HMS and configure display settings.

  1. Go to HMS Management SystemScreensaver.
  2. Upload your JPG, PNG, or MP4 (≤ 50 MB).
  3. Automatic Orientation: HMS detects landscape or portrait and places images correctly.
  4. Hide Info Screen: Enable for full-screen ads or announcements.
  5. Set display time (e.g., 15 seconds per slide).
