What is Net Promoter Score
Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is a way to understand how likely customers are to recommend a company or solution to others.
Customers answer a recommendation question on a scale from 0 to 10. Their answers are grouped as detractors, passives and promoters.
The score is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. It can range from −100 to +100.
Passives are included in the total number of responses, but are neither added nor subtracted in the calculation.
